Locally owned and operated, Riverside Elevators Inc has served its clientele in Windsor and Essex County since 1976. It is currently responsible for more than 425 installations in the region. Through its active membership in the Canadian Elevator Contractors Association (CECA) and its more than 120 elevator manufacturer and supplier members, the company has access to comprehensive engineering, research and development expertise and facilities.

Services are provided by a team of TSSA-licensed elevating devices mechanics with more than 250 years of aggregate experience in installing, maintaining, servicing and modernizing a full range of lifting devices, including elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters and accessibility lifts. All personnel are equipped with smartphones to ensure immediate contact and confirmation of receipt of call. The company maintains a comprehensive inventory of genuine replacement parts for Otis, Beckett, Armor, Dover, Kone and Thyssen, in its warehouse and service vans, backed up by overnight delivery arrangements with suppliers for special orders.


All services are fully warranted and insured, with liability insurance up to $10,000,000.
